Appointments

Since our Norwood office is our only location, there are many appointment options available to you. We realize the importance of keeping your children in school so we will be scheduling the majority of a patient’s appointments after school hours. Longer appointments such as initial bandings, bracketings, fitting appliances, cementing appliances, and debands will be scheduled during school hours. Exceptions to this can take place on school holidays and during school and summer vacations.

Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to fit emergency patients into any available appointment slots. Your appointment will be rescheduled as soon as possible to maintain treatment continuity.

Financial

Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide several payment options.

We accept major credit cards, offer in-house payment plans, payment in full discounts and family discounts. We can keep bank account or credit card information on file for easy monthly payments. We are always happy to discuss financial arrangements with you to make orthodontic treatment affordable.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits and we accept assignment of benefits from many insurance companies. As a service to our patients, we will file your insurance claims and accept insurance payments from the insurance company to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. If your benefits change during the course of treatment, the financially responsible party is responsible for any unpaid insurance balance.
